Employee Assistance Program
The Mildura Airport is committed to the mental health and stability of its employees. We extend support whenever our employees face adversity. This forms the basis of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP is confidential counselling administered to employees and their families who are experiencing health and wellbeing or life issues that they may encounter.
The EAP is there to support all of our employees and their families with issues that may affect their working life. The EAP is also available to those employees who wish to help others and may need advice on how best to go about it.
The Mildura Airport encourages our employees to use the EAP services that have been made available.
Working at the Mildura Airport has been an extremely enjoyable experience. Mildura Airport management and staff are interested in you as a person … not just an employee and support and educate you in various fields and areas. The Mildura Airport are committed to their staff – in making them the best person for the job and also the best person they can be. I personally have enjoyed the fact that “I am not too old to learn new things”. I have also found Mildura Airport very supportive regarding personal issues and also during Covid, I haven’t experienced this from other employers.
I enjoy and look forward to showing up to work every day because of the amazing team I work with, whether it be my department or one of the other departments within the Mildura Airport.
