Office Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Found items can be claimed from the administration office by prior arrangement. This will enable staff to have your item ready for you when you call to collect it.

Lost baggage or items left on an aircraft

For lost property on board an aircraft, please contact the relevant airline directly.

For baggage enquires (mishandled, lost baggage or baggage left on a carousel) please contact your airline.
